What are the qualifications and experience necessary to be a nurse in intensive care?
Some nurses Critical Care RN CCRN have certification, but many have just gotten there by being hired fresh out of college and trained. I do intensive care and I just learned everything over the years. I have no particular qualifications except my ACLS.
