Can I change the day I start a new pack of birth control?
I'm generally a departure on Sunday 28 pack a day and I want to change because I finally have my period on the weekend. I stopped taking the hormone pills on Saturday and I want begin a new Wednesday. I understand that I may have spotting or bleeding / need to use a backup form of British Columbia, but it's fine. Is there any reason not to do?
Yes, you can start your new pack on Wednesday, as long as it is the week of your period. The spots and bleeding – as you seem to be aware – may occur, so just be ready.
